An inspection of the dwelling, grounds and accessory building
was made in company of W. Gordon Ahman, Broker, about 11 A.M.
With the following exceptions the building and grounds are in
good condition.
Exceptions:
1~. insulation jackets on heating pipes need repairs
2. several sections of ceilings need repair
~. evidence of several leaks in roof valleys and around some windows
· heating system will need"up-dating" for year around living.
