Trustees on Friday, November 20, 1992:
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grants
waiver to construct a 3' X 118' timber stairway with (3)
landings & (1) 4' X 8' landing.

Dear Mr. Bredemeyer:
As per a recent telephone conversation with your office, kindly
utilize this letter as a request for a wetlands waiver in lieu of
a wetlands permit for the construction of a stairway at the project
site as referenced above.
As I understand, this proposed stairway is considered"minimal" for
beach access and therefore only requires a waiver.
Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact
this office.
