Dear Mr~ Penny:
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during
its regular meeting held on June 25~ 1992 regarding the a_hove matte~
~ER.E~.S, Geoffroy Penny applied to the Southol~Town Trustees for a
~zmzt under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of
S~uthold, application dated January I, 1992 andl
~WrrLEREAS said application was referred to the Southold Town
C~nservation Advisory Council for their findings 5nd recommendationst
and~
W~EREAS, a public hearing was held by uhe Town Trustees with respect
to said application on June 25t 1992 at which time all interested
persons were given an opportunity tc be heard, and,
WHEREAS t the Board members have personaii~ viewed and are familiar
with the premises in question and the surrounding area~ and~
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation
s%~mitted concerning this application, and,
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will
not affect the health, safety ~ud general welfare of the people of
the town,
NOW, THEP~FORE BE IT
RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees approves GEOFFROY PE~-~ to
construct a 4' X 80~ catwalk and 3' X 14' ramp and 6' X 20~ floating
dock.
This permit will expire two years from the date it is signed. Fees
must be paid~ ifa~licable~, and permit issued within six months
of the date of this notification. ~Mo inspections are required and
the Trustees are to be notified upon completion of said project.
Permit will be issued upon payment of the following fees for work to
be done below Mean High Water Mark:
Fixed dock 4~'X = ~20 sq.ft, x$2.00 = ~0.00
Ramp 37 X 14' = 42 sq.ft. X 2.00 ~84.00
float 6' X 20~ =~ 120 Sqoft. X 2.00 = 240.00
