This is a refund for application fees on the dredging
application for the above referenced location.
This area is, private property and therefore would not
come under the jurisdiction of the Town Trustees. . You will
need to fill out a Wetland Application for this project.
The privately owned areas are the sole responsibility of the
Town Board.
