Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 15 , 1967 as
Map No. 4923 , bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the southwest side of Main Bayview Road,
where the division line between Lots 1 and 2 as shown on the above
mentioned map intersects the southwest side of Main Bayview Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the last abovementioned division line, South
39 degrees 00 minutes 30 seconds West, 217. 01 feet to lands now or
formerly of St. Patrick' s Cemetery;
THENCE along lands 3ast .abovementioned, the following two (2) courses
and distances ;
1) North 11 degrees 10 minutes 50 seconds West, 152. 13 feet to a
monument;
2) North 19 degrees 06 minutes 40 seconds East, 127. 21 feet to a
monument on; the southwest side of Main Bayview Road;
THENCE along the southwest side of Main Bavview Road, South 50 degrees
ft 59 minutes 30 seconds East, 160. 16 feet to the point or place of
