At hearings before your Board last year , you approved my application with a minor change and I was also able to obtain a Wetlands Permit from the Town Board. I have not Started the approved work to the present time as the cost of building a boat slip has escalated so much over the past four years ( when I started my applications) that I cannot~see my way clear to make the expenditure at this time. However, I still want to have a mooring at the foot of my property which will do the job for me. On this basis, I wish to go with a greatly condensed version of your originally approved plan. My cost will be reduced and there will be no disturbanc~ of the shore line. A sketch of the Revisionis attached with comments along with a copy of the plan you approved. The revision eliminates all bulkheading, preserves wetlands and provides only a small amount of dredgir~. I look forward to having Mr. Larry Tuthill do the work as soon as possible and would appreciate, your concurrence with the new plan~ Thank you.
