owned by Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc., situate in Town of South-
hold, Long Island, N.Y." surveyed June 28, 1922 by Otto W. Van Tuy1,
C.E. & Surveyor, Greenport, N.Y., and filed in the Office of the County
Clerk of Suffblk County, N.Y. August 16, 1922, file No. 156.
AND the party of the second part, for herself, her heirs and
assirns, does hereby covenant to and with the party of the first part,
their heirs and assigns, that the party of the second part, her heirs
and assigns, will not at any time erect any house on said premises
costing less than $3000.00 each, except the ordinary outhouses, and
that not more than two such dwellings shall be erected on said premises
The foregoing covenants, restrictions or reservation may be
altered or annulled at any time by agreement between Nassau Point
Cluh Properties,Ine. and the owner for the time being of the premises
hereby conveyed, and such agreement shall be effectual to alter or
I; annul said covenants, restrictions or reservations without the consent
