Gantly and Susan M. Gantly who purchased the above-referenced property from Shirley G. Valk. Mrs. Valk or her husband John G. Valk obtained a permit from the Southold Town Trustees to repair the bulkhead at the premises and I understand that the permit has not expired. Neither Mrs. nor Mr. Vaik attended the November 6, 1992 closing of the sale of the premises. An authorization for permit transfer executed by the Valks was not turned over at the closing and has not been made available to the purchasers. The Valks have moved out of state and I do not have their address in the north. The Ganflys wish to proceed with the repair of the bulkhead on the property and request that the Trustees transfer the permit so that work may begin. Pursuant to your instructions, enclosed 1s a copy of the executed deed. You indicated that th~s letter plus the deed should be sufficient to transfer the permit.
