SEEBER residing at No. L!.0 Powell Court, North Babylon, Suffolk County, New York, party of the first part,and WILLIAM M. SMITH residing at 54 Webster Street Malvern, New York tic party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the fast part,in consideration of Ten and 00100 (10.00) dbrars' and other good and valuable considerations lawful mosey of the United States, to her in hand paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the parTy of the second part, heirs, distributees, and assigns forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon, situates lying and being at Fleets Neck. -- Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGISIi;IIdG at a point in the easterly line of Pequash Avenue, which said point is distant 33.8 feet from the point of intersection a' side of Poquash Avenue with the southerly side b t easterly i Y ar formed y the t y 4 of Fleetwood Road, when measured along the easterly line of said ?squash Avenue southerly from Fleetwood Road and which said point also forms the point of intersection of the northwesterly corner of the Drenises about to be described with the southwesterly corner of land now or formerly of one Muller, and running thence along said last mentioned land, easterly a distance of 175 feet to land now or formerly of Bruno H. Ahlers; and running thence along said last mentioned landina general south or southwesterly direction, a distance of 62.5 feet to land now or formerly of Fisher; running thence along said last mentioned land of Fisher in a general westerly direction a distance of 175 feet to a point in the easterly line of Pequash Avenue; and running thence in a general northwesterly direc- tion along the easterly line of ?squash Avenue, a distance of 62.5 feet to the point or place of beginning; it being intended to convey by this description the southerly three-quarters of lot Us. Forty (40) and the northerly one-half of Lot No. Thirty-nine (39), as shown on a certain nap entitled "Map of Property of Ravatone Realty Corporation", Cutchogue, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York,' Section ail, Daniel R. Young, P.E. and L.S., Riverhead, New York, dated November 12th, 1930, filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on December 2nd, 1930s as and by the Map No. 539. Together with all rights of the party of the first part, if stay, to use in common with others the right of way to the beach at East Creek and the stria of land at Eugene Creek as described in deed recorded in office of Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 2069 op. 546. Being the same promises conveyed to the grantor by Deed dated January 29th; 19L.5, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on kiarch 5th, 1945, in Liber 2426 of conveyances at page 263. .
