part y of the first part,
and PAULDING STUUTENBURGH, JR. and BARBARA STOUTRNBURGH, his Wife, as tenants by
the entirety, both residing at Gutchosue, Suffolk County, New York,
part les of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of
