held on Wednesday, November 16, 2022:
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVE the request for a
Transfer of Wetland Permit #E-145-4-18 from Dorothy Gannon to Joshua & Kerry Frum,
as issued on December 21, 1992.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

Please consider this letter a request to transfer the referenced permits from
Margaret Gannon to Joshua Frum and Kerry Frum, as they are the new owners of
the subject parcel effective October 20th, 2022.
I have enclosed a copy of the executed deed for your records, along with an
executed Affidavit, Owner's Authorization, Owner's Transactional Disclosure Form,
Agent's Transactional Disclosure Form, and three (3) personal checks payable to
the Town of Southold each in the amount of$50.00 for the required transfer fees.
