ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the northerly line of North Bayview Road at the
southeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Plock; from said point of
beginning running along said land now or formerly of Plock, two courses:
1) North 19 degrees 51 minutes 50 seconds East 112.35 feet to a monument;
thence
2) North 23 degrees 10 minutes 20 seconds East 222.83 feet to a monument;
THENCE along said land now or formerly of Plock and land now or formerly of }`

monument;
THENCE along land now or formerly of Callis, South 19 degrees 11 minutes 00

THENCE along said northerly line of North Bayview Road, South 64 degrees 26

recorded 5/7/85 in Liber 9785 CP 99.

1000 TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
SECTION and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
079.00 HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
