hinged ramp;5'xl4' float & 6'x16' float secured by (3) 8"diam,
pilings, subject to the following stipulation: Project must be kepi

TERMS and CONDITIONS

part of the consideration for the issuance of &e Permit does understand and prescribe to the fol-
lowing:
1. That the said Board of Trustees and the Town of Southold are released from any and
all damages, or claim* for damages, of suits arising directly or indirectly as a result of any oper-
defend any and all such suits initiated by third parties, and the said Permittee assumes full lial~ity
with respect thereto, ro the complete exclusion of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Southold
2. That this Permit is valid for a period of 2 4 mos. which is considered to be the
estimated time required m complete the work involved, but should circumstances, warrant, request
for an extension may be made to the Board at a later date.
5. That this Permit should be retained indefinitely, or as long as the said Permirme wishes
to maintain the strucmre or project involved, to provide evidence ro anyone concerned that auth-
or[ration was originally obtained.
4. That the work involved will be subject to the inspection and approval of the Board or
irs agents, and non-compliance with the provisions of the oxiginat~g application, may be cause fox
revocauon of this Permit by resolution of the said Board.
5. That there will be no unreasonable interference with navigation as a result of the work
herein authorized.
6. That there shall be no interference with the fight of the public to pass and repass along
the beach between high and low water marks.
7. That if future operations of the Town of Southold require the removaland/or aiterationa
in the location of the work herein authorized, or if, opinion Trustees,

Dear Mr. Haje:
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during
its regular meeting held on November 15, 1990 regarding the above
matter:
WHEREAS, En-Consultant$, Inc ON BEHALF OF THOMAS J. GALLIGAN
applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the
provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold,
application dated October 24, 1990 and,
WHEREAS said application was referred to the Southold Town
Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations,
and,
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect
to said application on November 15, 1990 at which time all interested
persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and,
WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar
with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and,
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation
submitted concerning this application, and,
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will
not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of
the town,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED THAT En-Consultants, Inc. ON BEHALF OF THOMAS J. GALLIGAN
BE AND HEREBY IS GRANTED PERMISSION UNDER THE WETLAND ORDINANCE TO:
Construct a timber dock consisting of a 4' x 10' inclined ramp; a 4'
x 30' fixed, elevated (4' above grade of marsh) catwalk; 3' x 16'
hinged ramp; 5' x 14' float and a 6' x 16' float secured by (3) 8"
diameter pilings, subject to the following stipulation: Project must
be kept 15' off all property lines.

The following recommendations were made by the Council on Thursday,
November 8, 1990:
On a motion by Margaret Feeney, seconded by Bruce Loucka, it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees approval of
Wetland Application Mo. 10-5-90-113-9-7 of Thomas J. Galligan to construct
a timber dock consisting of a 4' x 10' inclined ramp; 4' x 30' fixed,
elevated catwalk; 3' x 16' hinged ramp; 5' x 4' float; and 6' x 16'
float secured by three 8" diameter pilings.

Vote of Council: Ayes: All
Motion carried.
On a motion by Bruce Loucka, seconded by Margaret Feeney, it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees approva of
Wetland Application No. 10-2-34-5, 6, and 7 of Brewer Yacht.Yard
to construct a bulkhead within 18".

On a motion by Margaret Feeney, seconded by Robert Keith, it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees approval of
Waiver Request of Roy Stakey for Clifford Polacek to construct a garage
and enclose a deck.
