GALLIGAN / APP ~10-5-90-113-9-7 Dear Mr. Haje: The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during its regular meeting held on November 15, 1990 regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, En-Consultant$, Inc ON BEHALF OF THOMAS J. GALLIGAN applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated October 24, 1990 and, WHEREAS said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and, WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on November 15, 1990 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT En-Consultants, Inc. ON BEHALF OF THOMAS J. GALLIGAN BE AND HEREBY IS GRANTED PERMISSION UNDER THE WETLAND ORDINANCE TO: Construct a timber dock consisting of a 4' x 10' inclined ramp; a 4' x 30' fixed, elevated (4' above grade of marsh) catwalk; 3' x 16' hinged ramp; 5' x 14' float and a 6' x 16' float secured by (3) 8" diameter pilings, subject to the following stipulation: Project must be kept 15' off all property lines. This permit will expire two years from the date it is s' has not commenced Fees must be and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification. Two inspections are required and the Trustees are to be notified upon completion of said project. Please return to the Building Department for a determination on the need for any other permits which may be required for this project. Galligan to construct a timber dock consisting of a 4' x 10' inclined ramp; 4' x 30' fixed, elevated catwalk; 3' x 16' hinged ramp; 5' x 4' float; and 6' x 16' float secured by three 8" diameter pilings. On a motion by Margaret Feeney, seconded by Robert Keith, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees approval of Waiver Request of Roy Stakey for Clifford Polacek to construct a garage and enclose a deck.
