Leslie T. Muttitt; thence running northerly along said premises of

State of New York, bounded and described as follows: Commencing

part of Oregon, running thence easterly by and with the land belonging
to William T. Robinson, a distance of'two hundred twenty-two (222)
feet, thence running southerly, by and with other land now or formerly

described to the creek or bay, for the purpose of going to the beach for boating

Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the
