CUNNINGHAM and RULALIA M. CUNNINGHAM. his wife, of 77 Hampton Road, Garden City, Nassau County, New York, party of the first part,and ALBERT J. ROB13ETSON and PERSIS W. Van Tyyl, C.H., and Surveyor, Greenport, New York, and filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County, New York, August 16th, 1922, file Number 156, acid premises being more particularly bounded and described as follows:- BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the southwesterly line of Horseshoe Road 38 and 49/100 feet northwesterly along said line from the southeasterly corner of lot number 318 as shown on above mentioned map, said monumeat being 20 feet northerly at right angles to the southerly line of said lot Number 318 as shown on said map; runn- Ing thence parallel to end 20 feet northerly from said southerly line of lot Number 316 and passing through two concrete monuments along said line, north 77 degrees, 45 minutes, 10 seconds west 405 and 21/100 feet to ordinary high water mark of The Acrseshoe; thence along ordinary, high water mark of The Horseshoe, north 44 degrees, 38 minutes, 10 seconds east 132 and 83/100 feet; thence along ordinary high water mark of The Horseshoe, north 14 degrees, 43 minutes, 10 seconds east, 31 and 07/100 feet to the southerly line of Horseshoe Road; thence along said southerly line of Horseshoe Road on an Irregular cwve to the right to a point which is south 82 de- grees, 46 minutes east 11E feet from the last described point; thence along said southerly line of Horseshoe Road on an Irregular curve to the right to a point which Is south 67 degrees, 33 minutes, 40 seconds east 13O feet from the last described point; thence on an irregular reverse curve, first to the right and then to the left, to a point which is south 11 degrees, 26 minutes, 10 seconds east 106 and 27/100 feet from the last described point; .thence still along the southerly or southwesterly line of Horseshoe Road on an irregular curve to the left to the point of beginning which is south 44 degrees, 45 minutes, 10 seconds east 60 feet from the last des- cribed point.
