All that tract or parcel of land with the buildings and improvements
thereon situate at Fleet-s Neck, near Cutchogue, in the Town of South-
old, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described
as follows: Beginning at a cement monument set at the Northwesterly
corner of a lot of land heretofore conveyed or about to be conveyed
to Russell Billard; and running thence Northerly along the Westerly
line of land of Russell'iBillard Ninety-two and nine-tenths (92.9) feet
to.a cement monument; thence continuing along the line of land of
Russell Billard One hundred fifty-two and one tenth (152.1) feet, more
or less, to the edge of the meadow bordering -East Creek; again startin
at the point of beginning and running Northerly along the Easterly
side of Fleetwood Road distance of Thirty-one and fifteen one-
hundredths (31.15) feet to a monument; thence Northerly and still
along the Easterly side of Fleetwood Road a distance of Thirty-five
and five-tenths (35,5) feet to a cement monument; thence running
Northerly or Northwesterly along land heretofore conveyed or about to
be conveyed to William Menchen a distance of Sixty-three and five tenth
(63.5) feet to a cement monument; thence continuing along thesame
course a distance of One hundred fifteen and five tenths (115.5) feet,
more or less, to the edge of the meadow at East Creek; thence Easterly
and following the line of East Creek to the Northerly end of the first
course above set forth. The distance between the Northerly end of the
first course above set forth and the Northerly.end of the Westerly
boundary being.Five hundred and seventy-four and four tenths (574.4)
