her heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that lot or parcel of land, with buildings and improvements thereon
situate in or near the Village of Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York and more particularly bounded and described
as follows.
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of a right of way where the
westerly line of the land of John A. White intersects the southerly side of
said right of way: running thence south 78 degrees 38 minutes west along
the southerly side of said right of way 45 feet to the land of Walter G.
Schelker; running thence south no degrees 30 minutes west along the land
of Walter G. Schelker 242 and 75/100 feet to the high water line of Great
Peconic Bay; thence north 79 degrees, 27 minutes east along the high
water line of Great Peconic Bay 54 and 53/100 feet, more or less, to the
land of John A. White; thence north I degree 45 minutes west along the
land of John A. White 241 and 75/100 feet to the southerly side of said
right of way at the point or place of beginning.
