April 28, 1955, as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument on the westerly side of Sunset
Road where the same is intersected by the division lines between Lot I
330 and Lot 331 on the aforesaid map; running thence southerly end
westerly along the westerly side of Sunset Read and Vanston Road 125
feet more or less to the division line between Lots 331 and 332 as
measured by a tieline course and distance South 420 23t 20" West
