line of North Road (also known as Mill Road and Oregon Road),
which monument marks the northeasterly corner of the.premises
herein conveyed and the northwesterly corner of lands of Krupskl;
Running thence in a southerly direction along the
westerly line of said lands of Krupski South eleven (11) degrees
fifty-eight (58) minutes East nine hundred ninety-six and eighty-
two hundredths (996.82) feet to a monument set on the northerly
line of lands now or formerly of George V. Moore;
Running thence in a westerly directiona long the said
northerly line of lands of Moore South sixty (60) degrees fifty-

Continuing thence in a,westerly direction along the
