PARCEL I: Lot #23 on a certain map entitled "Map of Property of M.
S. Hand, Cutchogue, Long Island, New York, dated March 4, 1930, Daniel R.
Young, Surveyor, Riverhead, New York", and filed in the office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on September 18, 1930 as Map No. 730.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and Interest of the Darties of
the first part of, in and to that portion of Stillwater Avenue adjacent
to said premises to the center line thereof.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of
the first part of, in and to land below high water mark and under the
waters of Eugene Creek adjacent to said premises.
PARCEL II: Lots numbers 109,43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, and 49 on a
certain map entitled "Map of Section Two, Property of 21. S. Hand, situate
