as executor of and Trustee under the last will and testament
of George H. Fleet ,late of Southold
Town, Suffolk County, New York ,deceased,party of the first part,
and ,TORN DAWSON and BETTY DAWSON, his wife,
residing at Cutchogue, New York,

WITNESSETH,that the part y of the first part,by virtue of the power and authority to
given in and by said last will and testament,and in consideration of

lswhtl money of the United States,paid by the part ies of the second part,does hereby grant and release
unto tare parties of the second part their heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that parcel of land situate at Fleets Neck, near Cutchecue,
Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a deflection point in the westerly line of West Creek
Avenue, being the southeasterly corner of land of the parties of the
second part; and running along said westerly line of West Creek Avenue,
S. Oc 52' 50" W. 25.0 feet; thence along other land of the party of the
first part, S. 75° 43T 10" W. 319.24 feet to the ordinary high water
mark of West Neck Creek at the southwesterly cornor of said land of
the parties of the second part; thence along said land of the parties
of the second part, N. 710 29' 00" E. 326.67 feet to the point of
beginning.
