WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration

New York" made by Otto W. Van Tuyl from surveys completed January 28, 1963 and
filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on August 18, 1963 as Wap #3848.

BEGINNING at point on the southerly side of Glen Road distant 3�'V-10 feet from
the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Glenn Road with the
Odd pv� easterly side of Bayview Road; RUNNING THENCE. south 66 degrees 31 minutes 30
seconds east and along the southerly side of Glenn Road, 100 feet; RUNNING THENCE
south 23 degrees 28 minutes 30 seconds west 214 feet more or less and along the
divinding line between lots 6 and 7 on the aforementioned map to the southerly line
of lot #6 on said map; RUNNING THENCE along the southerly line of said lot 116,
100,22 feet to the dividing line between lot 5 and 6 on said map; RUNNING THENCE
north 23 degrees 28 minutes 30 seconds east and along the dividing line between lots

BY JOINING in the execution here of the party of the second part hereby agrees
to take title to the premises subject to that certain 1st mortgage held by The
Dime &-tvings Bank, of New York, FSB, in the reduces principal amount of $ 171,006.79
dollars together with accrued interest which the party of the 2nd part hereby
assumes and agrees to pay.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and
all the estate and rights of the party of the first part to and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the fast parr has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the hest part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to
the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
