to Robert and Aldona Norkus for the purposes of ingress , egress ,
installation of utilities including cablevision for over or
underground services and for whatever purposes might commonly be u:

TOGETHER with a right of way over premises to the west known
the westerly 25 feet of Clearview Road.
ALSO together with a 25 foot right of way over the westerly si

Aldona Norkus ( a copy of which is attached hereto) northerly to
Orchard Lane and southwesterly to a certain 50 foot right of way as
shown on said map attached hereto.
The aforesaid rights of way together constitute the entire 50
foot right of way known as Clearview Road as shown on the attaphed
guaranteed survey. .
Together with a right of way for ingress , egress , and utilitie
over rights of way known as Clearview Road and Orchard Road to Ceda
Beach Road, a public road. Said rights of way being more particula
shown on a minor subdivision map made for Robert and Aldona Norkus
approved by the Southold Town Planning Board on September 30 , 1985 .
The party of the first part hereby grants to the party of the
second part whatever reservations may be contained and recited in
prior deeds relating to the granting of utility easements over the
rights of way referred to herein.
The party of the second part, his heirs , successors and assign
agree to cooperate and do whatever is necessary or required by any
utility company in the granting of any such easement .
BEING AND INTENDED TO Be part of the premises conveyed to Patr
Carrig and Mark S . McDonald by deed dated October 16 , 1985 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerks Office on October 24 , 1985 in
Liber 9900 cp 262 .
