Dear Mr. Frank:
The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of
Trustees at the regular meeting on July 29, 1993:
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grants a
waiver to raise the elevation of an existing 1 1/2 story
dwelling by 3.45' with minor additions to porch on north and
south side of house which will be 4' X 5' on one side and 4' X
6' on the other side of the north end of house. On south end of
house it will be 4' X 8' and 4' X 4' addition to porch.

Town Waiver request for Robert Gallagher,
Cutchogue
Dear Mr. Bredemeyer:
Enclosed please find a licensed survey, location map and owner's
authorization for the above referenced application. The applicant
proposes to raise the elevation of an existing ] 1/2 story dwelling
by 3.45'. Minor additions to the north and south are also
proposed.
As all work will be conducted beyond 75' of the apparent high water
mark/tidal wetland boundary (distance of 138'+/-), kindly use this
letter and the enclosed survey as a request ~or a waiverunder the
Town Wetland Ordinance. A check for $40.00 has also been enclosed.
If you have any questions regarding this application, please do not
hesitate to call our office.
