We make this request on behalf of our client, who has contracted to purchase property from Carol Galgano. The subject property is a vacant parcel located off Westphalia Road, Mattituck, and is shown on the enclosed photocopy of survey. The desired construction would extend into Mapes Creek from the 15 foot right of way running along the westerly side of the premises. As our client expects to take title to the property on September 10, 1982, would an extension of 12 months from that date be reasonable to the Board?
