Dear Ms.Ackerman:
To avoid unnecessary coordination requests in the future, please
be advised that the Southold Town Trustees currently do not have
any regulatory authority over subdivision of land.
The Town Trustees and CAC usually act only in an advisory
capacity with the Town Planning Board. Should this change
(which is not anticipated in the ioreseeable future), we will
notify your agency.
Please feel free to distribute this letter among your associates.
Sincerely,
//
