Frisbie who is seeking to construct a shed 10 Feet ~y I2 feet on lot 106, Nassau Point, SuffoIk County, New York, (Suffolk County Tax Map # 1000-118-5-2.1). The shed will be set back approximately 250 feet from the lagoon by an existing tennis cour~ between the shed and the lagoon ts an existing house and garage. There are no wetlands and I am enclosing herewith photographs of the proper~y showing the terrain and as you can see it is densely wooded. _ Also enclosed please find a survey showing the proposed Iocation of the shed. I am hereby requesting a Waiver Letter from your Department. Enclosed is my attorney's check in the sum of $35.00.
