Grandfather Permit for 100~ of existing bulkhead prior to
1939, reconstructed approx. 1958 (Rambo). Jetty (approx. 70'
built approx. 1969. Great Peconic Bay
all in accordance with the detailed specifications as presented in
+he originating application.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF. The said Board of Trustees here-
by causes its Corporate Seal to be affixed, and these presents to
be subscribed by a majority of +he said Board as of this dat,e.

56-4-13.3. 13.4 and 14 to construct a two story building a minimum of ~7' from
the edge of the existing fill. Parking will be located south of the ~uitding
and will be bluestone. Sanitary system Will be as Close to the easterly
property line as possible and a minimum of 100' from wetlands. The existing
upland to the west will be used only as a boat display area. Access between
the two sections of upland will be via a 4' x 85' pedestrian bridge that wilt
span the wetlands and the drain ditch. None of the wetlands will be filled or
otherwise developed. All in accordance with revised plans dated December 21.
1993.
The Council recommends approval but has concerns about the runoff and
dl~ainage dit~ch. /he CAC suggests the applicant |nvestigate a way to |so}ate
the entire drainpge system from discharging into the. water or try to find a
method of filtration of the runoff into the drainage ditch.

RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL
of the Wetland Application of CHARLES E. FRASER 1~8-~-1 for a Grandfather
Permit for 100' existing bulkhead built prior to 1939. Reconstructed
approximately 1958 [Rambo). Also approximately 70' jetty built approximately
1969.

WITH PROVISIONS of the Wetland Application of JOHN 3. AND MARY E.
KELLY 103-3-15 to 'nstall 3 floats I 2 - L~' x 10' and 1 - 6' × 11') and 1 3' x
12' ramp.
The CAC recommends approval provided spartina is planted above the
mean high tide mark and install a catwalk about 10' past the vegetated area to
the floats as far as 40',

RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL
of the Wetland Application of NARROW RIVER MARINA 27-2-[~ to remove high
spots at the entr-ance to the marina that was originally included and authorized
for maintenance dredging in Trustee Permit No. 3805 issued 2]23190 and
extended to 2J23194. Reason for work not being done are (1) Owner's original
decision not to have the contractor return to complete the work (owner changed
his mind after receiving complaints of boats striking the bottom in the area of
Iow tide; (2) Contractors availability for such a small job and difficult

TO ~rHOM IT ~hkY CONCERN:
Application has been made by MR. H. L. FRASER, bIASSAU POINT ROAD, CI~CHO-
QUE, N.Y. 11935 for a Department of the Army permit to construct a jetty
in LITTLE PECONIC BAY AT CUTCHOQUE, TOWN OF SOUTHOLD, SUFFOIAK COUNTY, NEW
YORK.
A copy of the plans of the proposed work is shown on the reverse of this
sheet. The applicant proposes to construct a timber jetty extending 100
feet offshore of the mean high water lineoat its outer end, the top of
the jetty will be 1 foot above the plane of mean high water.
The determination as to whether a permit will be issued rests upon the
effeot of the proposed work on navigation, natural resources, including
fish and wildlife and recreational aspects, water quality, and other
factors affecting the interest of the general public. Ail pertinent
iuformation having a hearing on these factors will be accepted and made
part of the record and will be considered in determining whether it would
be in the best public interest to grant a permit.
Any criticisms or protests regarding the proposed work should be PREPARED
IN WRITING AND _MAILED TO REACH THIS OFFICE prior to 16 May 1969, othe~*ise
it will be presumed that there are no objections.
It is requested that you communicate the foregoing information concerning
the proposed work to any persons known to be interested and who, not
being known to this office, do not receive a copy of this notice.

~ indicates that thes~ works will occupy State-o~ed lands un~er-

be required from the State Office of General Services.
