The' application under # 431 has been ~ompletly changed. There has been all modifications made in the new request. My present request is as follows: 1. I would like to build a new house on lot # 18. This house would be a private one fs~ily dwelling. 2. I would like to build a pool wire-the house on lot P 18. 3. On the South side of lot # 1.8 I would like to build retaining walls of approximatly ~40 feet in %angth. 4.
