Re: Waiver for Michael and Judi Fouchet to construct single
family dwelling on Seawood Drive, Southold, NY.
Dear Mr. Bruer:
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees
during their regular meeting held on October 19, 1989 as follows:
WHEREAS the Town Trustees have conducted an on site inspection of the
subject property,
RESOLVED. that the Town Trustees approve the request made by Edson and
Bruer on behalf of Michael and Judi Fouchet for a waiver to
construct single family dwelling on above mentioned property, with
condition that hay bales or filter cloth be used to control run-off
during construction.
Please return to the Building Department for a determination on
the need for any other permits which may be required for this project.

Recommendation of Waiver Requests
The following recommendations were made by the Council at it's meeting held
Tuesday, October 10, 1989:
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees approval with suggestions
of Waiver Request of Alan Cardinale. The CAC suggests the cesspools be moved
away from the marsh; the swimming pool backwash into drywells; no disturbance of
wetlands withing 75'; gutter and drainpipes be installed. DEC may require a
permit.
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees approval with suggestions
of Waiver Request of Valerie Cramer. The CAC suggests applicant control
runoff during construction; install gutters and drainpipes; and drywell system
to control runoff.
