Dear Mr. Sambach,
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees
during its regular meeting held on May 25, 1995 regarding the
above matter:
WHEREAS, Warren Sambach on behalf of ANDREW T. FOHKOLB,
applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the
provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold,
application dated March 23, 1995, and,
WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town
Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and
recommendations, and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with
respect to said application on May 25, 1995, at which time all
interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and,
WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are
familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area,
and,
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and
documentation submitted concerning this application, and,
WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standard set forth in
Chapter 37-18 of the Southold Town Code,
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed
will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the
people of the town,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT,
RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approves the application of
ANDREW T. FOHKOLB to construct a 3' X 30' catwalk, a 3' X 6'
ramp and a 6' X 20' float and stairs, subject to new drawing
showing that the catwalk ends at MLW, and no disturbance of
any vegetation from toe of slope out. Located: 670 Holden
Ave, Cutchogue
Permit to construct project will expire two years from the date
it is signed. Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit
issued within six months of the date of this notification.
Two inspections are required and the Trustees are to be notified
upon completion of said project.

79-1-4 to remove and replace 75 I.f. of existing bulkhead. Bulkhead will
attach to and be same height as new bulkhead to east. Backfill with 15 c.y. of
clean fill to be trucked in from upland source. If necessary a 101 return will
be built on west side if proposed wall of Keely is not constructed shortly.
Repair an existing 9~ x 121 deck by replacing decking, railing, etc. as
needed. Remove existing deteriorated 3' x 32m fixed pier and replace with 3m x
25~ fixed section (minimum 4~ above grade)~ 3~ x 12~ hinged ramp~ 6~ x 16~
