Dear Mr. Neilson:
The Trustees reviewed your letter of May 18, 1990 submitted on
behalf of the above-referenced property and determined that this
project is beyond Trustee jurisdiction since it is not a
vegetated wetland and is located on Fishers Island Sound.
All other approvals that may be applicable should be secured
prior to co~encement of the project.

RE: Firestone Property-Fisher's Island
Boathouse and Dock Reconstruction
Dear Mr. Bredemeyer:
Pursuant to my conversation of May 17, 1990 with Ms. Jill
Thorp of your department and on behalf of Mr. John Firestone of
Fisher's Island, we respectfully request a letter of "no permin
necessary" to repair the existing dock anm boathouse in
Chooomoun~ Cove of Fisher's Island. Attached are a location zap~
phonographs, and plan for the work which will consist primarily
of pile and structural member replacement. There will be no
changes to configuration of the facilities related to this work~
We are simultaneously notifying the New York State DEC,
Regulatory Affairs Division and the United States Army Corps of
Engineers, New York District Office, both of whom have been
advised by telephone of this work proposal Please let me know
if the need for any further discussion arises. Your assistance

dock and boathouse ~n Chocomount Cove on Fisher's Island.
