Dear Mr. & Mrs. Finora:
The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of
Trustees on Thursday, April 29, 1993;
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grants a
waiver co dismantle the garage which is approx. 69' from
bulkhead and to do renovations on existing house which is
further back then the garage is.
Please note that this approval does not constitute approvals
from any other.agency.

We have a detached garage on this premises and intend to have
it dismantled. It isapproximately 69' from our bulkhead,
which is on. James Creek. Our Tax Map ~ is 122-3-32.
Enclosed you will find a recent survey of this property, and
hope the above information is satisfactory.

Our prmm~ses is located at 795 E. Legion Avenue, Mattituck,
L.I. - S~ffolk County ~ax Map ~100-122-3-32.
This property borders on James Creek and was bulkheaded prior
to August 1977, as seen on Aerial Photo. We are applying for
a letter of non jnrisdiction based on the above information.
Our intention is to reconstruct present house.
