That if future operations of the Town of Southold require the removal and/or alterations in the location of the work herein authorized, or fi, in the opinion of the Board of T~ees, th* work shall came unreasonable obstraCaon to free navigation, the said Permittee will be required, upon due notice, to remove or alter this work or project herein stated without expenses tu the Town of Southold. 9. Please fill out the application and remit to this office along with a $5.00 filing fee for same. Please include a sketch with the sizes of the structure.
