Also enclosed was your application for a Trustee permit, with a fee of $5.00 for the application. There are two things that I will need, in reviewing your application. One (1) is a copy of your survey, that was not enclosed. Two (2) is the size of the ramp, you willbe constructing. I await your remittance, so that I can process your application, as soon as possible. In reference tendering with the trustees, they make a physical mnspection on December 8th, for the meeting following on December 13th. DESCRIPTION OF ACTION Application of Grace A. Finora for a Wetland Permit to construct floating dock and ramp at James CReek, on the east side of East Legion Avenue, Mattituck, New York. The project has been determined not to have a significant effect __~ on the environment for the following reasons: An environmental assessment has been submitted which indicated that no significant adverse effect to the environment are likely to occur should the project be implemented as planned. Because there has been a response from the Board of Southold Town Trustees and Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council indicating that this project would not have a significant effect to the environment. Because there has been no response in the allotted time from the New York State Department of EnvironmentaI Conservation and the Southold Town Building Department, it is assumed that there are no objections nor comments from those agencies. Z am sorry to hear a copy of my survey was not included as I was almost positive it was enclosed. However, you will note that a copy is now included with this mailing. With regard to ramp that is to be included with floating dock, please be advised that it will be approximat~ 2 fe_~_et · wide by 8 feet long. It will be affixed by a removable steel ~'~ tw~-~ts as shown in diagram, and only a small portion of it will extend beyond the ordinary high water mark.
