Gudson owner Upon receipt of an application for a Pre-Existing Certificate of Occupancy I made an inspection of the dwelling on this premises I was admitted to building by Mrs. Gudson and began this inspection at approximately 10:00 A.M. This dwelling is a one story wood framed structure constructed on a cement block foundation and contains two bedrooms, a full bath- room and a half bath, a living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen and utility room that provides passage within dwelling to attached two car garage. Heat is furnished to all rooms from an oil fired hotwater furnace located in full cellar. A roofed-over raised patio is located on rear of building that protects rear entry to kitchen. The following violations of the Housing Code, Chapter 52, Code of the Town of Southold were found: Electrical-light switch on first floor joist in cellar at exterior entry requires plate. Article V, Section 52-56 A.1. Sewage system-no house trap. Article V, Section 52-51 C.1. Interior Stair-from first floor to cellar open side on stair and bottom landing. Article II, Section 52-27 B. Fire Separation-no fire resistant construction between attached garage and dwelling. Article I, Section 52-15, Reference to New York State Building Construction Code Section A 402-3.6.
