No. 4736 - GLENN AND TRACY DAVIS. This is a request for an Interpretation and/or Determination reversing the July 14, 1999 Notice of Disapproval which reads as follows: "...accessory building and structures or other accessory uses shall be located in the required rear yard proposed project is located on a parcel with road frontage on each (Fairway Dr.) and on the west (Praity La.). This parcel has two front yards, proposed placement of the pool is within one of the front yards. Please note: Pool is partially completed at this time, a permit was issued in error (Building Permit #25835Z) based on the information supplied with the original application.
