premises of Kenneth E. Ramsauer and Marilyn J. Ramsauera distance of
140.00 feet to a concrete monument and other lands of William H.

William H. Wertenberg a distance of 155.0 feet to a point; running
thence North 670301 East still. along other lands of William H. Werten-
berg a distance of 140.00 feat to a point on the westerly line of said
124 foot right-of-way; running thence South 220301 East along the west-
erly line of said 24 foot right-of-way a distance of 155.0 feat to the
'concrete monument set at the point or place of beginning.
