does hereby remise, release, and quitclaim unto the part y of the second part,
her heirs and assigns forever, all that certain lot or plot of
land, with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate at Nlattituc
in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
known as "E" on map entitled "Map of Shore Acres, situate isattituck,
Town of Southold, Suffolk Co., N. Y., surveyed Dec. 1913, by Roswell
S. Baylis, C. E., Huntington, L.I.", which map was filed in the office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, New York, on or about January
3rd, 1914, as Number Forty-one, said Plot E being bounded northerly by
Plot F for a distance of six hundred sixty-six and eighty-nine hundred he
feet; easterly by Matbituck Bay for a distance of one hundred and
fifty feet, more or lees, along the high water line of said Bay;
southerly by Plot D for a distance of seven hundred eight and three
hundredths,feet; and westerly by South Drive (so-called) for a distanc
of one.hundred ten and eleven hundredths feet, all as shown on said
map. - ..
