This sum of money constitutes reimbursement for that portion of the "consumer hook- up deposit per dwelling unit" which has been advanced on behalf of the party of the second part by DBM Co. , the party of the first part, to the Village of Greenport. Any lien created hereby shall be subject and subordinate to any first mortgage lien placed upon the premises.
