Prior to the Board making an inspection, we will need to have six copies of a licensed land survey of the property. Upon receipt of same, we will be happy to expedite your request. (Xerox of survey a~6hed) My wife and~ I intend to build.a home on ~his property within the next several months and this is the first and very imp0~tant step for us. The sole reason and necessity to trim the cattails is our ~esire to pick a sit~ for our home. CHARLES F~AMILTON (Bureau of Marine Habitat) Dear Sir: I am writing to inform, request permission, permits or whatever is required to trim cattails on the property that I own, which I purchased several years ago. Currently, the property is almost 100% covered with cattails (phragmites) 7 to 9 foot tall, and it's impossible to plan nor see where a house can be situtated.
