My father, FRANK P. GLORIA purchased the property in 1928 and in 1938 created a tenancy by the entirety with my mother LEONORA GLORIA. The house and garage were built in that period and to my knowledge, no alterations were made to the premises since 1957 that would require a Certificate of Occupancy. I make this affidavit to the Town of Southold for a Certificate of Pre -Existing Use for the residence and garage. L988.
