As an alternative measure the CAC suggests applicant either apply for a mooring elsewhere in the creek or seek docking at Boatman's Harbor. No. 477- Larry and Sandy Stahl - Approve with stipulations. Use haybales to avoid runoff; put in more plantings as used elsewhere on property; have the Bay Constable do frequent inspections., during construction.
