Dear Mr. Haje:
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees
during their regular meeting held on August 27, 1987.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Trustees Waiver the need of a Wetland
Permit as requested by Eh-Consultants, Inc. on behalf of Paul Ferdenzi
to spread approximately 72 cu. yds. of topsoil m an area west of deck
(54+' x 121+') and graded to a depth 4+" and planted with grass seed.
West of this, area will be planted with indigenous species suqh as Clethra,
Bayberry. On the east side of the house, circular driveway ~vil] be cut through
and surfaced with bluestone and yard landscaped as shown on the plan submitted
on Jan. 14, 1986 and planting plan dated April 28, 1987. The waiver is granted_
with the provision that the D.E.C. specifications are followed to increase the
wetland fringe by 5 feet. Property is located at 470 Haywaters Drive, Cutch0gue.
Please remit $25.00 for the waiver granted at this time.
