A portion of the proposed bul]d~ea8 is to be constructed around a small-boat basin 70 feet wide and approximately 80 feet long. The decision as to ~ether or not a permit will be issued must rest primarily upon ~e effect of ~-e proposed v~ork on navigation. Any criti~ cisms or protests regarding ~e proposed work, from the standpoint of navigatiQn, should be s~o~itted to this office ~ior to !
