Approximately 300 C.y. of clean sand to be brought in via right-of-way 400' north' off Nassau Point Road for backfill. Rebuild existing 4' x 40+/-' stairway from crest of bluff to beach, A 4' x 4' wood platform at crest of bluff will also be replaced, 3745 Nassau Point Road. Approximately 45 c.y. of clean backfill to be trucked in from upland source. An existing indented block stairway to be backfilled and replaced with a 4' x 8' wood stairway. 2345 Bayvlew Avenue, Southold Vote of Council: Ayes: All Motion carried. Moved by Robert Keith. seconded by Patricia Isaksen. it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL of the Wetland Application of STEVEN SPARACINO 115-17-17.1~. to construct an elevated timber walkway and fixed dock structure. The walkway will be 4' wide by 70' long and a minimum of 4' above grade. The dock to be 5' wide and 20' long and to be situated on the seaward edge of the existing wetlands providing access to the dredged creek. Willis Creek Drive. LYONS BROWN, III 9-9-27.2 Fishers Island project of a proposed dock and request for letter of jurisdiction for proposed house, garage, deck, retaining wall, drive, patio, and pool.
