Peconic Homes, Section #2" and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
November 28, 1967 as Map #5001, being more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side of

RUNNING THENCE South 65 degrees 17 minutes 10 seconds West along Sound View
