Witnesseth,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and othervaluable consideration paid by
the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the pa rty of the second part,the heirs or successors
and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
All that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,lying and
being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known
and designated as and by Lot #30, on a certain map entitled, "Map of Peconic
Shores, #2, situate at Peconic, Long Island, New York", and filed in the
Office of the County of Suffolk on September 15, 1930, as Map #654 and bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Second Avenue, distant 229.92
feet westerly as measured along the northerly side of Second Avenue from
the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly side of Second Avenue
and the westerly side of Mill Road;
THENCE South 54 degrees 32 minutes 30 seconds West, along the northerly
side of Second Avenue, 50.00 feet;
THENCE North 35 degrees 27 minutes 30 seconds West, along the easterly side
of Lot #31, 150.00 feet;
THENCE North 54 degrees 32 minutes 30 seconds East, 50.00 feet;
THENCE South 35 degrees 27 minutes 30 seconds East, along the westerly side
of Lot #29, 150.00 feet to the northerly side of Second Avenue, to the point
or place of BEGINNING.
