Suffolk County, N.Y.", surveyed June 7 19192 by Wallace H. Halsey, C.i.,
and filed in the office of the Clerk or Suffolk County. Together with
all the right, title and interest of the parties of the first part of
in and to the land under water in Little Peconic Bay, abutting said
premises. And the party of the second part for herself her heirs and
assigns does hereby convenant to and with the parties of the first part,
its successors and assigns that the party of the second part, her heirs
and assigns, will not at any time erect any house on said premises
costing less than $3,000, except the ordinary out-houses, and that not
more than one such house shall be erected on said premises. The
foregoing convenants, restrictions or reservations may be altered or
annulled at any time by agreement between the parties of the first part
and the owner for the time being of the premises hereby conveyed, and
such agreement shall be effectual to alter or annul said convenants,
restrictions or reservations without the consent of the owner of any
adjacent premises.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the
parties of the first part in and to said premises.
THESE PREMISES are being sold as furnished premises.

Clerk of Suffolk County on October 4th, 1919 as Map No. 745.
