northeasterly along the southerly line of Wickham Avenue about 871
feet, more or less, to lands now or formerly of Joseph Krupski; thence

a monument; and thence S. 190 091 300 E. 391.07 feet through a monu-

Long Island Railroad; thence along the northerly line of said lands
